Hub101 Hosts Hermann Fried for "Startup Chow"
On October 29, Hub101 hosted "Startup Chow". Hermann Fried, an insurance expert who recently exited from an InsureTech startup in Europe got the Hub101 community to cook together and eat together. The idea originated from Hermann's startup's challenge to bring employees back to the office after the COVID-19 pandemic. Planning and preparing healthy, simple meals together had created just the right atmosphere and culture to do the trick. During the event at Hub101, Hermann talked about his experience, presented his cookbook that stems from the experience, showed simple cooking techniques, and together we prepared and enjoyed a healthy meal.
