Hospitality and Tourism: Introducing Adjunct Professor Paul Spooner!
Meet Paul Spooner, who has temporarily taken on the responsibility of functioning as an industry liaison for the Hospitality and Tourism Management program after Stefen Cosentino’s departure. Paul has been an adjunct professor in Cal Lutheran’s Hospitality and Tourism Management program since its inception. He brings forty years of work experience in hospitality to his classroom, primarily in the restaurant industry, as a line worker in the front of the House, but primarily in Management as both a General Manager and as a Director of Operations for smaller, multi-unit organizations. He has over 16 years of work experience in college teaching at the Associates and Bachelor’s Level, with both private and public institutions in the Field of Hospitality. Paul holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Development from Argosy University.
