Sports Management Club visits the San Diego Padres
On Saturday, September 25, the Cal Lutheran Sports Management Student Club visited the San Diego Padres for a behind the scenes tour of Petco Park that included an up-close look at the Press Box, Luxury Suites, Hall of Fame, Cutwater Coronado Club, and Field Warning Track. Afterwards, the Padres hosted an informative Q&A session with Chelsea Dill, Director of Tourism and Corporate Events, and Karina Boites, Account Executive of Group Tickets and Hospitality, who provided exceptional career advice for our aspiring and future professionals. Thanks to adjunct professor Mark Orlando for arranging this exciting field trip for our students. Enrolled students reap the benefits of forming industry connections while still in school.
