Cal Lutheran Hosts 9th Annual Executive Talent Management Forum
On October 10, we held our 9th Annual Executive Talent Management Forum in the Lundring Events Center. This year, the title of the forum was "AI in the Workplace. Navigating Challenges and Embracing Opportunities". After inspiring keynote speeches by Vlad Vaiman and Aaron Anderson (CEO, Brandes Consulting), the audience had a lively exchange with our panel of experts, consisting of Aaron Anderson, Chris Meissner (Meissner Filtration), Shafia Hayek (PennyMac), and Drew Powers (City of Thousand Oaks), moderated by Susie Lundeen-Schmuck. No magic bullet on the topic of AI was found, but attendees left the forum inspired and full of optimism for the future of AI.
