Deloitte Visits Accounting Association
On September 5, the Accounting Association held a meeting with representatives from accounting firm Deloitte. Deloitte was represented by Cal Lutheran alumnus and Accounting advisory council member Michael Millar and a senior tax advisory and they brought good news - the School of Management's Accounting program now is on Deloitte's official recruiting roster. At 56 students in attendance (including our guests from the Bachelors Degree for Professionals program), this was the largest event of the Accounting Association in recent times. Thanks and kudos go to program director Geoffrey Plourde for energizing the program!
