Submit Your CEPR Proposal
All clubs are required to submit a CEPR proposal to outline your club's porject details and plan. After your club submits their proposal, CEL will contact your club regarding the proposal's approval status.Once your project is approved, continue planning to fully execute your project. For support with your club's CEPR proposal, we encourage all clubs to make an appointment with the CEL team.
Important Dates for the CEPR Proposal
- The Priority Deadline to submit your project proposal is November 4, 2022 at 11:59 PM.
- Clubs who submit their proposal by the priority deadline will be entered into an opportunity drawing for $150 towards your club.
- The Deadline to submit your project proposal is December 16, 2022 at 11:59 PM. Please note that this deadline will not be extended.
Submitting Your CEPR Reflection
After your project, all clubs are required to submit the CEPR Reflection to fully complete the club's Civic Engagement Project Requirement. Please thoroughly read the steps to completing your club's reflection.
Important Dates for the CEPR Reflection
- The PriorityDeadline to submit the reflection form is Friday, March 31st at 11:59 pm.
- By completing the reflection form by the priority deadline, your club has the opportunity to be awarded the Club Civic Engagement Leadership Award during the Leadership Awards in addition to receiving $100 in club funding for the Fall involvement fair the following academic year.
- During the Leadership Awards, up to 2 clubs who's project demonstrated innovation, impact, and commitment to social justice will receive the Club Civic Engagement Leadership Award, which includes a monetary reward of $500 towards their club.
- The Extended Deadline to submit the reflection form is Sunday, April 23rd at 11:59 pm.
- Only by completing the service project and reflection form by the extended deadline, will clubs receive $100 in club funding for the Fall involvement fair the following academic year.
- If a clubs does not submit their reflection form by the extended deadline, they will not receive $100 club funding for the Fall involvement fair following the academic year.
