Tender Loving Care Home Hospice is looking for caring and compassionate volunteers to visit with our patients. Each of our patients and their families are dealing with a terminal diagnosis, and your visits will mean the world to them. Someone to read or watch TV, listen to music, play games or just to give them the opportunity to share some of their life stories. Nothing makes more of an impact in our lives than the time we give freely to help our community.
All Volunteers will receive hospice training, a TB Test, a background and DMV check, all at no cost to you. Our office and residential home is located in Moorpark, but our patients reside throughout Ventura County and the San Fernando Valley. We also keep a record of all Community Service Volunteer hours if needed for school.
