Monthly Membership

The Forrest Fitness Center Monthly Membership is available to individuals interested in month-by-month access. This options provides access to all fitness center facilities during open hours, including the Forrest Fitness Center, Soiland Multipurpose Arena, Poulson Tennis Courts, and Samuelson Aquatics Center. This membership MUST begin on the 1st day of any month, and will be active for the duration of that month.

Cost: $35 per month

**Please note that Monthly Memberships MUST begin on the 1st of the month, regardless of purchase date. It is recommended that interested parties purchase the membership and submit forms prior to the 1st in order to gain access as soon as the month begins.**

To obtain the Monthly Membership:

1. Visit the Forrest Fitness Center online purchase page and select the Monthly Membership.                             PURCHASE Monthly MEMBERSHIP
2. After purchase, be sure that you receive a confirmation email. If not, contact ffc@CalLutheran.edu to verify payment confirmation.
3. Read and submit the FFC Waiver & Release Agreement, using the link below. You will need to create a Dynamic Forms account to complete the waiver. In case of an emergency, individuals must have valid medical insurance that covers Emergency Medical Services (EMS).                                                                          SUBMIT THE FFC WAIVER & RELEASE AGREEMENT
4. Once the membership has been purchased and application has been received, the Monthly Membership will be valid. CLU ID cards will NOT be issued for month-by-month memberships. Applicants will need to provide another form of identification, such as a driver's license, to confirm their identity for the duration of their membership.
