VC Rescue Mission Thrift Store

Students learned about the Ventura County Rescue Mission and the community in Oxnard that they serve. Groups volunteered to staff the semi-annual thrift store by organizing donations and helping shoppers.

Be a Hunger Hero: FOOD Share Project

Students helped sort and pack food at FOOD Share, Ventura County's food bank!

 PB & J Lunch Making Project

In partnership with Lutheran Social Services, students stopped by the CSC table on campus to make a lunch for those in our community without a home or who are in need of food support.
