Institutional Differentiation Task Force

This task force was convened in Summer 2021 and includes internal and external stakeholders from faculty and staff to regional business leaders to elected officials to parents.

This inclusive group will formulate a series of recommendations over the Fall and Winter 2021-22 terms. These recommendations should be formulated with the goal of helping Cal Lutheran stand apart from peer institutions in terms of two overarching areas: the curricular and co-curricular programs it offers to students and its embodiment of the institutional mission in the service of student success.
