Ryan Van Ommeren, Associate Vice President of Planning & Services

Ryan oversees Facilities Maintenance, Facilities Planning and Auxiliary Services. Ryan may be reached through his assistant Destinee Olguin at ext. 3209.

Christine Cano, Capital Project's Architect

Christine is an essential member within the university project management team. She administers a variety of construction projects including all project consultants, budgets, contracts, schedules, and client expectations, from concept through design to completion of construction. Additionally, she is responsible for aesthetic integrity of the university's built environment. She could be reached at ext. 3506.

Alicia Cabrera, Capital Project's Manager

Alicia is in charge of project managing all projects that are interior renovations, TI improvements, and assists with larger facilities and maintenance repairs throughout the CLU campus. Alicia could be reach at ext. 3217.

Jay Hutchison, Facilities Project/Multi-skilled Tech

Nick Boudreaux, Facilities and Infrastructure Project Manager

Nick manages the university's infrastructure projects and programs the HVAC/lighting controls. He also oversees storm and wastewater management for the campus. Nick could be reached at ext. 3603.

Christian Rodriguez, Operations Analyst

Christian supports the AVP by managing budget reporting and conducting thorough analysis. He is also responsible for overseeing various important systems within the university, such as the database for departmental work order requests, cost-reporting software, and the university’s key management system.

The administrative assistant for Facility Operations & Planning also supports the AVP with meetings and scheduling questions.

John Pirie, Trades Manager

John oversees the day-to-day operations and orders for our Trades staff. For any issues regarding maintenance, please submit an online request or call ext. 3215.

Juan Iraheta, Housekeeping Operations Supervisor

Juan manages two janitorial crews that provide service to all campus buildings. Public areas are cleaned daily, while offices and classrooms are cleaned by schedule. For special requests, suggestions or complaints, please call Work Control at ext. 3215 or submit a work order.
