Introducing the Dorfman Incubator Grants
After many months of preparations - including the formation of an advisory council, crafting of agreements, development of promotional materials, etc. - the Dorfman Incubator Grants have finally become reality. Thanks to the generosity of School of Management Advisory Council member Steve Dorfman, the School of Management will have $1 million in non-dilutive grants available for founders and early stage companies. Each year, the School will distribute approximately $145,000 to up to five applicants, and each grant will range from as low as $5,000 to as high as $100,000. Grant awardees will have an obligation to engage with Cal Lutheran students and contribute to enhancing Entrepreneurship education at the School of Management via guest lectures, mentoring, case study development, and other activities.
