The Bachelor of Science in Business Management program prepares you to take on these varying roles so that you can play a pivotal part in guiding your organization to success.
In our bachelor’s in business management program, you’ll learn to plan and execute business projects effectively, while gaining crucial interpersonal skills for informed, ethical decision-making, leading and motivating teams and persuasive communication.

At Cal Lutheran, we pride ourselves on providing personal attention to each of our students. Our classes are intentionally kept small so that you can connect with your instructors and peers. You’ll also have access to a personal academic counselor who will guide and support you every step of the way.
This major is part of our Bachelor’s Degree for Professionals program, which is designed for working adults who want to finish their degree and achieve their goals. Each student enters the program with a minimum of 24 transfer credits, with many bringing in even more credits.
This Bachelor of Science in Business Management degree builds globally minded, future-focused managers in for-profit and nonprofit organizations. Graduates will gain the following skills:

Driven by both industry expansion and the need to replace departing workers, this sector offers strong career prospects, with an estimated 1.2 million job openings each year.
