Gilbert Arena is the center piece of CLU’s north campus. This state of the art facility opened in 2006 and has three full length courts available as well as a state-of-the-art net system that retracts from ceiling.

Pricing

All rates are in 4 hour increments.

• Small events (< 100):
  • $800 commercial plus direct costs
  • $600 non-profit plus direct costs
• Large events (100+):
  • $2,000 commercial plus direct costs
  • $1,500 non-profit plus direct costs
• Athletic practices (2 hour minimum):
  • $125/hr commercial plus direct costs
  • $95/hr non-profit plus direct costs
• Games/competitions:
  • $2,000 plus direct costs

Direct costs (e.g., housekeeping, labor, rentals, etc.) not including security: $250-$1,000

Security needs to be hired through Campus Safety when alcohol is served or when events have 300+ attendees

Standard Media Equipment

LCD Projector, Speaker System, Wireless handheld microphones, Computer in booth, Wifi, Laptop avaiable on floor per request
