(THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. – July 9, 2012) Corwin and California Lutheran University have launched a professional development option that gives educators the flexibility to earn graduate credit from an accredited university at their own pace through independent study.

Read 2 Earn allows teachers and administrators to receive one full credit hour of graduate course credit for reading any Corwin book and completing a course assignment. To receive credit, educators must select a Corwin book, enroll in Read 2 Earn through the Corwin website, pay the $199 tuition fee, and complete the writing assignment within three months. Educators may earn as many individual credits as they wish, but a maximum of one course credit from Read 2 Earn may be applied toward a graduate degree from CLU.

Corwin, a SAGE company, is a leading publisher of professional books for PreK-12 educators.
