• Please do not resize or replace the logo.
• The colors, fonts, and font sizes should match the example template.
• The CalLutheran.edu URL is intended to be a link to Cal Lutheran's website. You do not need to add your email address here, as the email recipient automatically has your address since you are the sender.
• To keep the signature clear, concise, and consistent, please refrain from adding quotes, multiple links, and other graphics or icons.
• If you do not work on the Thousand Oaks campus, you may replace the address with your location.
• If you are a Cal Lutheran graduate, you may include your class year after your name.
• You are welcome to include your gender pronouns in your Cal Lutheran email signature. This practice helps reduce misgendering and is an important strategy towards inclusivity: Gender Pronouns in Email Signatures.
