Steven Jerrems is an adjunct professor in the Counselor Education Department in the Graduate School of Education (GSOE) at California Lutheran University. Primarily, he serves as the school counselor for Mesa Verde Middle School in the Moorpark Unified School District (MUSD).

He completed his M.S. in Counseling and Pupil Personnel Services at California Lutheran University, his B.A. in General Sociology at California State University Northridge, and his A.A.-T in Sociology at Moorpark Community College.
