Maria Mondala-Duncan serves as the Senior Management Analyst for the City of Simi Valley. She brings over 17 years of a broad range of administrative experience covering Accounting and Finance, Budgets, Legal, Human Resources, and Procurement. She has worked in the private sector for over five years in the entertainment industry and has been of service in the public sector for the past 11 years. Maria holds a BA in Sociology and an MBA with two concentrations in Organizational Leadership and Project Management. She is currently working on her Doctorate in Business Administration, Business Intelligence, and is a member of The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi.
