Dr. Huston Pullen is a distinguished academic and professional with extensive experience in the fields of management, marketing, entrepreneurship, and economic development. He currently serves as the Department Chair and Assistant Professor of Management at California Lutheran University's School of Continuing & Professional Studies. Dr. Pullen's career is marked by a diverse range of academic appointments, professional engagements, and entrepreneurial ventures.

Dr. Pullen earned his Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in International Management and Entrepreneurship from Florida International University, with a dissertation focused on the impact of entrepreneurial education and training programs on entrepreneurial output in developing nations. He also holds a Master of Music in Music Conducting from Azusa Pacific University, an MBA in International Business and Strategic Management from the University of Nevada Reno, and a Master of Science in Crisis and Emergency Management from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. His academic journey is complemented by a Graduate Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University.
