About
Professor Plourde is a Lecturer and Program Director of CLU's traditional undergraduate accounting program. He is an attorney, CPA, and enrolled agent who comes to CLU after serving as a controller and general counsel for a national tax company based in Los Angeles.
He is an active member of California Society of Enrolled Agents, where he has served in multiple capacities, including as an instructor in both the Society's enrolled agent test preparation course and basic tax course, coordinator for the Society's upcoming certificate program in state tax agency representation and First Vice President for 2024-2025. He has also been an instructor or panelist for various tax continuing education programs for accountants.
