About
Christy Douglass serves as adjunct faculty for Cal Lutheran’s Hospitality and Tourism Management Program, as well as the university’s School for Professional and Continuing Studies, teaching business administration courses. Professor Douglass is a proud Regal, earning her BS in Business Administration, BA in Art, and MBA from CLU. Before she began teaching Christy started an event planning business, worked for a national conference production company, and co-owned a franchise restaurant. She has over 15 years of experience working in the hospitality industry and loves sharing her passion for guest service with her students. Professor Douglass also teaches at Los Angeles City College and leads the Hospitality Management Program at Moorpark College.
