FAB – Fifty and Better

My name is David, and I am a student in the Fifty and Better program. “The CLU way of life” is very fulfilling for me in that CLU extends warmth and inclusion to all cultures and people. I am frequently on campus taking advantage of the numerous activities found there: concerts, sporting events, and FAB courses & lectures.
My favorite topics of study are related to art, history, and museums. I have thoroughly enjoyed courses and lectures presented by Eleanor Schrader and Katherine Zoraster. The information learned has been reinforced with the many travels I have taken to museums in NYC, Chicago, and Philadelphia, and by reading biographies of the artists in conjunction with the classes. I appreciate that these faculty pay great attention to detail, show fantastic pictures, and are uplifting individuals. I love to attend FAB courses and lectures in-person so that I can share time with the FAB family. My fellow students are a motivated group of students who share the same passion for education. We appreciate the varied course offerings for us and the fine work of the administrators.
