Fifty and Better Program

My name is Doug, and I am a student in the Fifty and Better program. My wife, Marsha, and I lived in Thousand Oaks for a time and raised our two children there, who still live nearby today. I really appreciate that FAB has courses and lectures on Zoom. It is much easier for me to watch from home than making the trek to campus. I also appreciates that faculty come from across the country through Zoom. I like the structured faculty who know how to take full advantage of Zoom–bringing plenty of photos and videos to entertain and enlighten the students–such as Eleanor Schrader and Cary Ginell. I also enjoy the faculty overflowing with personalities that enhance the content further, such as Tony Moon.
