The Importance of FAB

I keep coming back to FAB because I can depend on the program to provide very high-quality instructors that provide well-researched and well-presented lectures on a wide range of topics. My main interests are the physical sciences, history and politics. However, the FAB program provides opportunities to explore other areas such as art history and the history of rock and roll. The opportunities to explore are endless.
The FAB Program is important to me because it provides a continuing source of intellectual stimulation and growth, both of which remain important during retirement. The program provides an important service to the over-55 community.
I have enjoyed many FAB classes, and it is difficult to select a “favorite.” Most recently, I have taken “The Why of the Holocaust” which provided an excellent exploration of the intellectual history and multinational developments which facilitated the Nazis’ actions. The discussions of the rapidity with which Hitler undermined a democratic society was deeply depressing, but definitely provided a cautionary tale.
I hope that the FAB Program continues to grow and to provide quality education to the over-55 community. My thanks to the entire staff.
