Cal Lutheran has made a positive impact in my life. I am blessed to have connected to so many peers and faculty that genuinely care and accept you for who you are. Despite being old enough to be a parent to some of the students here, they still treat me as if I am part of community. We learn from each other and their is a mutual admiration and respect.
I came here to further my education and live into a call placed on my life. Cal Lutheran has been instrumental in my growth and direction. It has become a second home for me. The faculty, staff and my friends have all encouraged me to be me and that has allowed me to grow in my gifts and share them with others to encourage them to also be what they were meant to be.
The memories that have been created here will remain with me and I hope to one day return and lift up others the way I have been lifted and to help new minds reach their full potential and know they matter.
