California Reading and Literature Project in the Graduate School of Education

As the Regional Director for the California Reading and Literature Project (CRLP) I know that when the pandemic arrived here schools had to close. Teachers have been so busy transitioning to online instruction and doing everything they can to support the children in their classes. I want to celebrate our teachers as the heroes that they truly are in this difficult time! Our grant is celebrating teachers on CLU’s Cares Day! We will be recognizing teachers on our CRLP website and celebrating their accomplishments. Our CRLP grant is moving forward in our dedication to supporting teachers and students in providing research based professional development to support teachers in providing the highest quality reading, writing, and language instruction. We are so thankful for our teachers!!!!!
#CalLutheranCares Day is coming up tomorrow, May 6, and I invite you to celebrate teachers with us.
