Ballet Folklórico Mestizo
Ballet Folklórico Mestizo, in its 42nd year at Oxnard College, celebrates the culture and dance traditions of México. The dance troupe, led by Matilde Sanchez and featuring Oxnard College students, staff and alumni, performs dances from six states in México — Huasteca Potosina, Michoacán, Veracruz, Sinaloa, Chiapas and Jalisco — with historical introductions.
