Gloria Falls
Humanitarian Concerns
Gloria is a project manager for the City of Compton, Community Redevelopment Agency. She earned her bachelor’s degree in political science from CLU in 1975, and continued on to earn her J.D. at the University of West Los Angeles School of Law. Gloria has devoted her life “to act as a philanthropic agent to better the conditions in minority communities.” Gloria’s community involvement’s include: Compton Unified School District Teen Mother Mentoring Program; Killen Place Block Club; Dickinson Lighted Schools; Community Development Committee; Big Sisters of Los Angeles and the National Association of Black Public Administrators.
She has also received the Most Outstanding Employee Award from the Community Redevelopment Agency, City of Compton, in 1989 and 1994, and Career Day Award from Compton Unified School District in 1993 and 1994.
Gloria currently serves on the Alumni Board of Directors and is a class representative.
