In Fall 2021, California Lutheran University commenced its first integrated strategic and campus planning process. The University partnered with consultants from Credo Inc. who assisted in the design of these plans.

In support of our university mission, the strategic plan identifies the top curricular, co-curricular, and workforce priorities around which we will concentrate considerable time, attention, and resources through 2027. Our campus plan will help us pinpoint the spaces, places, thoroughfares, perimeters, and entrances of the campus that we need to build or improve to bring to life the programmatic priorities the strategic plan has identified.

This strategic plan website provides updates on the planning process itself and on the findings and recommendations that emerge from it. Please check back regularly for upcoming opportunities to engage.
