Sport Science Symposium
You are all cordially invited to attend a FREE Sport Science Symposium covering topics from strength and power development for sports performance to on field athlete monitoring.The CLU exercise Science and Athletic Departments in sponsorship with the Community Leaders association will be presenting a half day, Sport Science Symposium in 100/101 Ullman Commons on Friday the 1st of May between 8.00am and 1.00pm. This is a unique opportunity to see three leading experts within the fields of strength and power development and on field athlete monitoring. Speakers will include; Dr Mike Stone, head of the Sport Physiology and Performance Doctoral program at East Tennessee State University. Dr Lee Brown, head of the Human Performance Laboratory and head of the Center for Sports Performance at Cal State Fullerton. Dr Howard Gray, head Sport Scientist for Texas A and M Fottball. There will a 30 minute Q and A session following the completion of the talks. This is a unique opportunity to see such a high quality line up of speakers for FREE right here on campus at CLU.
