MINDFUL LIVING-Reducing Worry and Stress-Increase Happiness.
Healthy Mindful Living classes will introduce techniques to reduce stress, enhance attention and peace of mind, and improve self-awareness in the present moment. The intent of these FREE classes is to assist people to lead a life that welcomes change and increase overall happiness.
Presenter Lindsay Leimbach is a Mindful Living Coach who will present on the ability to use knowledge, personal understanding, and meditative techniques to foster peace and happiness.
