Edible Books Festival @ Pearson Library April 1st 2:30 - 4:30 pm
The Edible Books Festival is an annual whimsical celebration of books and food by libraries worldwide in commemoration of the birthday (April 1st) of French gastronome Jean-Anthelme Brillat-Savarin (1755-1826), famous for his book Physiologie du goût (The Physiology of Taste: Or Meditations on Transcendental Gastronomy), a witty meditation on food.
Edible creations will be judged and tasted. Judging categories will be:

- Best Tasting
