What Matters the Most?

Chia-Li Chien, PhD, will interview Kathleen M. Rehl, PhD, CFP, CeFT, on “What Matters the Most? Help Your Clients Write Legacy Letters for Family and Friends.”

In the estate planning, financial planners often recommend that clients write a “final letter of last instruction,” which details clients’ wishes regarding disposition of specific tangible property, as well as funeral and burial wishes. These letters serve as communication tools between clients and estate executors, in the event of the clients’ deaths. Will that be enough to help your clients go through the three stages of widowhood? We are happy to have Rehl return to continue the discussion of what matters the most.

Rehl wrote Moving Forward on Your Own: A Financial Guidebook for Widows after the death of her husband. She owned Dr. Rehl Financial Advisors for almost 18 years before retiring to a six-year encore career empowering widows and their advisors through her speaking, writing and research about widows. Her work has been featured in articles published by the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Kiplinger’s, CNBC, USA Today and many others.

Registration is required. Participants will receive a confirmation email with information about joining the meeting. This is a webinar you won’t want to miss!
