Seniors, leave your mark by making your senior class gift! By making your class gift early, you can start making a positive impact on campus and pave the way for future generations of students.
Every year the graduating class leaves their mark on Cal Lutheran. The first graduating class, the Class of ’64, gifted the Enormous Luther statue, affectionately known today as Gumby. The Class of 2012 started the tradition of directing their gift to the Annual Fund which supports the university’s greatest needs – scholarship dollars being the priority.
Student participation and support has positively impacted the growth of our campus, our academic programs, and the overall student experience. We want to ensure that momentum and growth continues through the Student and Senior Giving Challenges.

Wear it Proud
By making your class gift of $20.24(or more if you choose), not only will you be leaving your mark on campus, you’ll also be eligible to receive the following:
- A one-of-a-kind Class of 2024 Senior Class T-Shirt (while supplies last)
- A special purple and gold tassel to wear during commencement
- The opportunity to film a “Shout-Out” video that will be played at
Commencement (your family and friends will love this!)
- Recognition for your participation in this year’s Senior Giving Challenge on the Honor Roll of Donors and during Commencement
- Automatic entry into student giving raffles
- Invitations to student appreciation events
- Recognition and a special gift if you’re a member of the university’s Oak Tree Society (this is given to students who have given their class gift during the past 3 consecutive years)
Or, you can bring your gift directly to the Office of Annual Giving, located in the Pederson Administration Building in Suite 101.
